20 January |
The Team was called out to Walltown on Hadrian's Wall to look for a 50 year old despondant male. As the Team was being deployed the missing person was found safe and well out side the search area. |

28 January |
NESRA callout from Teesdale MRT to Castle Eden Dene Co. Durham, to locate a 40 year old despondant male. Team were in position at first light 29 January but the missing person was located as the Team was being deployed. |

29 & 30 March |
28 March 1445 hours. Police requested the assistance of the Team to locate a missing 82 year old. Extensive search made through the night of woodland and likely locations but nothing was found. Team stood down at 0345 hours 29 March.
29 March 0900 hours. Search continued with search groups being re-assigned to high priority areas. At 1100 hours it was reported that someone fitting the description of the missing person was wandering in a local farmer's field. Team members aand a police helicopter responded and the missing person was taken to hopsital. |

24 April |
The Team was place on standby to locate a missing 12 year old female missing from home and medication which had been due had lapsed. Police located the missing peson shortly afterwards and the Team was stood down. |

9 May |
The Team was called to Wooler to search for a despondant 44 year old female, who had a history of such behaviour. As the Team were assmbling the missing person was found in the cellar of a local church. |

23 May |
0100 hours the Police asked the Team to locate very distressed, vunerable 29 year old female, at Cresswell. The missing person's car had been located near the beach and the lady was found just North of this location in the sand dunes. She was taken to hospital. |

8 June |
2230 hours. Team made a thorough, extensive search of the many very large open park/moor land areas of Newcastle in the search for a small boy ( approx. 5 years of age ) who had been seen running off in a very distressed state. Nothing being found the Team was stood down at 0439 hours. From the information received and gathered the police were able to make enquiries and found the boy in his home. |

7 July |
Team was place on standby to seach on Alnwick Moor for a distressed 19 year old male. He was located by the police near the road crossing the moor by police in a hypothermic state. Team was stood down. |

A stretcher party was dispatched to recover a body from the Simonside Craggs |

23 August |
Whilst covering a charitable event in Northumberland the Team dealt with 3 incidents: pain in a right ankle, exhaustion and twisted left knee. All were treated by the Team's medic and advised not to continue in this event. |

6 September |
Team were called to search for a vunerable 11 year old male who had run away from home and the Police into a heavily wooded ravine strewn area. Team search this area. The male was located out of search area by the police. |

31 October |
Team were asked to locate two children lost in Kielder forest. Found safe and well and returned to parents. |

2 November |
Team called to search Thrunton Wood to locate a father and son who had become benighted. They had used their mobile phone to call for assistance. The phone later failed to operate. |

6 December |
A patient from a psychiatric home was found safe and well after a search by the Team on the outskirts of Newcastle.
